digoDial

The PBX stays, the desk gets better

Your customers do not need a new phone system, they need a front end that fits the Mac. digoDial sits on top of the PBX that is already there and leaves dialplan, endpoints and numbers untouched.

What a rollout needs

Per PBX one dedicated AMI user with the four required permissions and, if do not disturb is to be used, a check in the dialplan. Per desk the extension, the device channel and the context to dial from. That is all.

The configuration template below carries both as a text file to adopt, with placeholders instead of invented values.

What you do not have to touch

  • No PBX migration, no change of carrier, no new handsets.
  • No server component, no service in the customer network, no database.
  • No account, no registration, no connection of its own to the outside. The app only talks to the PBX; purchase and trial go through the Mac App Store in macOS.

Volume

The full version is an in-app purchase and is bought per Apple ID. Apple's volume program (Apple Business Manager) does not cover in-app purchases. For several workstations, write to us and we will come back with the terms.

Support

One way in, one person. Partner requests go to the same address as everything else and land with the maker, not in a queue. We deliberately do not promise a fixed response time while none is contractually agreed.

Contact for partners

Write briefly which PBX and how many desks it is about. There is deliberately no form here.
